Comfortable beds, fab food, GRACIOUS staff. We were glad to have air conditioning, an iron and satellite TV in our guest room with gates. Liked dining at Restaurant Neuhaus, set within 5 minutes' walk.

Worth its 4 stars. So glad we choose it, it's characterful base for staying in Mayrhofen. Hotel's bartender was top! The room had a large balcony.

The location was quiet, with Kostner nearby, where we could eat. The service was absolutely friendly. Honestly nothing bothered us. Appreciated the pool.
